The process of buying
1. Book an in-home consultation
We bring fabric samples to your home and discuss fabric options, colours, linings, and curtain styles (such as pleated, wave, or eyelet) to find the best solution for your space.
2. Measure your windows & receive an accurate quote
Once you’re ready to proceed, we will measure your windows precisely to ensure a perfect fit. If you prefer, we can also guide you through remote measuring. With accurate measurements, we provide a clear and reliable quote.
3. Place your order & pay a deposit & production
After you accept the quote, your order is sent to our factory upon receipt of a 50% deposit. Production typically takes approximately 14 working days, although timelines may vary depending on the season.
4. Delivery & installation
Once completed, your curtains will be delivered to your home free of charge, or professionally installed upon request. The remaining 50% balance is payable at delivery.
